I like this list because it covers staples that can be incorporated into breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and it covers all of your major food groups, which means it's balanced, and, because it's balanced, it's more sustainable.  Just think - how many different meals and/or recipes can you come up with using one or more of the foods on this list?  The possibilities are endless.  

The idea is to eat to live, power through your day and power through your training sessions. Athletes eat, rather than diet, and train, rather than exercise.  If you made it this page, consider yourself an athlete.  We do!
