We ship with USPS and Fed Ex, by special request.

Shipping rates apply within the continental US, Alaska & Hawaii, and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions apply).  

Pre-Order Items

Pre-Order items are not yet in stock, but are available for advanced purchase on our site. Products are shipped directly to you once available. You will not be charged for your order until it has shipped and you will be notified via email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information for your reference.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.

Please email us within 30 days of purchase to print your free return shipping label.  Be sure to include the reason for your return in your email.

We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to the original payment method.  You'll receive an email from us when this is complete.  Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping charges.

All orders are checked for quality before shipping.  If your purchase is defective in any way and you would like a comparable replacement sent to you, please email us within 30 days of receipt to print your free return shipping label and return the defective item to us.  A replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.  Your exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style.  Please return the merchandise that doesn't meet your needs within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement item.
